Our client in the Real Estate industry is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and implementing marketing
strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve
company targets.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals,
and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive
offerings.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with prospective buyers.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate and detailed records.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to engage potential
clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements,
and promotional materials.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and facilitate
negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a
related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM software.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
